Hello, and welcome. I’m Matthew Fears. After years of working in the healthcare industry, I found myself yearning for a change, seeking a way to break free from the constraints of the 9-5 rat race and explore new opportunities.

My journey led me to the world of real estate investing, particularly in Section 8 housing. As I delved into this new venture, I discovered a passion for creating sustainable, affordable housing solutions for individuals and families in need. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I've found success in this unconventional path.

Transitioning from the healthcare field to real estate investing has been both challenging and fulfilling. My healthcare background has equipped me with valuable skills, such as empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which have proven to be invaluable in my real estate endeavors. I've been able to leverage my expertise to navigate the complexities of Section 8 housing, build strong relationships with tenants and contractors, and create a positive impact in my community.

    I met him about a month and a half ago and we just closed on my first property. I know you have heard of guru saying this and that. Saying that they will get you there but they don’t actually produce, well that has not been the case with Matthew. He seems like an honest guy. A good guy who genuinely enjoy seeing his students grow. With my first property he was able to help me double close. His lender was also able to incorporate my closing cost with my loan and help fund the rehab (at least 80% of it) into the loan as well. I don’t know where you can find that with other lenders. Its been an amazing experience. Looking forward to getting my second property, and in the near future maybe a portfolio or two and really start that journey towards financial freedom. If you’re on the fence about joining his class, I’d say Do It!
